Komisi III Bidang Hukum DPR kembali menggelar rapat dengan tiga institusi penegak hukum yaitu Kepolisian, Kejaksaaan, dan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK). Sejumlah anggota komisi menghujani pejabat tiga institusi itu dengan sejumlah pertanyaan sensitif.
Yahdil Abdi Harahap, anggota Komisi III dari Fraksi Partai Amanat Nasional, mempertanyaan sebuah rumor mengenai adanya ancaman kepada presiden terkait rekomendasi Tim Verifikasi Fakta dan Proses Hukum Kasus Bibit dan Chandra atau Tim Delapan.
"Apa benar ada 10 Pati (perwira tinggi) yang akan mengundurkan diri jika presiden mengikuti rekomendasi Tim Delapan," kata Yahdil.
Pertanyaan itu ia tujukan kepada Kapolri Jenderal Bambang Hendarso Danuri, Kamis, 19 November 2009. "Jika ini benar, ini bukan cara yang baik. Mungkin ini bisa diklarifikasi. Pressure seperti ini tidak baik," ujar Yahdil.
Sementara kepada KPK, Yahdil menanyakan soal hubungan Deputi Penindakan KPK Ade Rahardja dengan Ary Muladi. "Saya terusik atas pemberitaan di televisi, katanya, bawahan Ade di Jawa Timur mengatakan Ade kenal sama Ary Muladi. Apa benar bapak kenal Ary Muladi," Yadhil bertanya kepada Ade.
Ade Rahardja disebut-sebut sebagai penerima uang suap yang diberikan Anggoro Widjoyo kepada pimpinan KPK. Menurut Anggodo Widjoyo, adik Anggoro, uang itu diserahkan kepada Ade Rahardja melalui perantara Ary Muladi. Namun, pengakuan Anggodo itu dibatah Ary Muladi.
